Welcoming patients upon their arrival at the clinic in a friendly and professional manner
Appointment Management:
Scheduling and confirming appointments for patients, whether new visits or follow-ups, and adjusting them as needed
Updating Patient Records:
Updating patient information in medical records, whether electronic or paper, and ensuring their accuracy and completeness
Responding to Inquiries:
Receiving phone calls or text messages from patients and the public, addressing their inquiries, and providing them with the required information
Directing Patients:
Directing patients to the appropriate departments or rooms within the clinic
Financial Matters:
Processing invoices, verifying patients insurance information and collecting payments
Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
Administrative Support:
Providing administrative support to the medical team such as preparing documents or assisting with other administrative tasks
